Splicing of yarns is an integral part of the industrial yarn manufacturing process and hence, our splicers find a use in:

Our splicers work on a differential pneumatic logic and give a splicing strength of 80%. Based on the yarn type and range we offer the following models:

• P250: full-automatic, suitable for draw-winding/twisting machines
• P311: semi-automatic, suitable for carpet, glass fiber yarns
• P312: full-automatic version of P311
• P400: full-automatic, suitable for glass fiber, carbon fiber, aramid processing
• P700: full-automatic, high count processing of glass fiber, carbon fiber, aramid
• PC40: full automatic, for coarse denier multi-ply yarn

We offer two different models of splicers for the splicing of spun yarns:

• PC10 - Suitable for single, twisted yarn
• PC20 - Suitable for double, high twisted yarn

Based on the application and the yarn count range, the performance of the splicers is optimized by choosing a best suitable splicing chamber.

• P320: Semi automatic with Advance Yarn clamping Arrangement, suitable for carpet, glass fiber yarn
• PC40: full automatic, for coarse denier multi-ply yarn

Product Details:

PAWAN Bandh CP40 is a moving yarn tying (splicing) & cutting unit, used in production of  staple fiber. Tow yarn to be tied is guided thru an open splicing chamber & yarn cutter. By pressing a button, the tow yarn is tied to a bunch of moving tow yarn in the splicing chamber & is simultaneously cut by pneumatic cutter.
