Our CAX Series units are automated devices for gathering, suction and cutting of 4/8/12 ends, actuated by an electric sensor or a press button. They can replace 4 to 8 individual aspirator and cutters with less mechanical parts & reduced air consumption.

The yarn sensor provided inside theis unit will stop air supply when the yarn is absent, i.e., all bobbins are stripped. Operators need not wait to switch off the air supply when the stripping operation is over.

Yarn Suction Devices are used for Bobbin Yarn Stripping or Creel Stripping by simultaneous suction of multiple ends. Timer can be set to stop air supply after pre set duration.

• Packaging Details: PAWAN Bandh CP40 is a moving yarn tying (splicing) & cutting unit, used in production of staple fiber. Tow yarn to be tied is guided thru an open splicing chamber & yarn cutter. By pressing a button, the tow yarn is tied to a bunch of moving tow yarn in the splicing chamber & is simultaneously cut by pneumatic cutter.
